We created Semplice to celebrate the kind of Italian dining we grew up with — food made with care, patience and respect for tradition. Not elaborate for the sake of it, but thoughtful, refined and deeply satisfying.
Today, Semplice has grown into more than a restaurant. By day, our bakery fills the room with the smell of warm cornetti, sourdough, focaccia and pastries made in-house. By night, the space transforms into a refined Italian restaurant, centred around handmade pasta, classic dishes, great wine and genuine hospitality.
Our philosophy is simple: start with exceptional ingredients, treat them with respect, and allow flavour to speak for itself.
